Glengoyne 12 Year Old is a classic Highland single malt whisky, known for its rich, fruity character and gentle warming sweetness. Distilled at one of Scotland's most scenic distilleries on the Highland–Lowland boundary, just north of Glasgow, it offers an approachable yet layered style that sets itself apart through entirely unpeated malt and some of the slowest distillation in Scotland.
Tobermory 12 Year Old is a classic Island single malt whisky, known for its vibrant, fruity character and refreshing maritime edge. As the only whisky produced on the Isle of Mull off Scotland's west coast, it offers a surprisingly approachable style for an island malt — unpeated and bright, where many of its island neighbours lean smoky and heavy. The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon barrels before a finish in Oloroso sherry casks, which layer notes of citrus, orchard fruit, and vanilla over a gentle nuttiness and a hint of sea salt.
The Glenrothes 12 Year Old is a classic Speyside single malt whisky, known for its rich, sherried character and indulgent depth of flavour. Produced in the heart of Rothes, a village that houses more distilleries per square mile than almost anywhere else in Scotland, it offers a fuller, more luxurious style than many of its Speyside neighbours, with a focus on fruit and spice over the region's more typical floral lightness.
Caol Ila 12 Year Old is a classic Islay single malt whisky, known for its bold, smoky character balanced by a surprisingly fresh and coastal elegance. Distilled at one of Islay's largest and most scenically positioned distilleries, overlooking the narrow strait between the island and the Kintyre peninsula, it offers a more restrained and approachable style of Islay peat than the intense, medicinal profiles of some of its island neighbours.
Glendalough Double Barrel is a classic Irish single grain whiskey, known for its smooth, honeyed character and an approachable warmth that reflects the gentler traditions of Irish distilling. Named after the ancient glacial valley and sixth-century monastic settlement in the Wicklow Mountains where the distillery draws its water, it offers a softer, rounder style than its Scotch counterparts.
Teeling Single Malt is a distinctly modern Irish single malt whiskey, known for its complex, wine-influenced character and the bold creative spirit of Dublin's whiskey revival. It offers a richer, more layered style than many of its Irish counterparts, championing single malt at a time when blends have long dominated the category. The whiskey is matured in a combination of five different wine casks, including Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sherry.
Glenkinchie 12 Year Old is a classic Lowland single malt whisky, known for its light, floral character and gentle sweetness. Often referred to as the “Edinburgh Malt,” it offers a refined and approachable style that contrasts with the heavier profiles of other Scotch regions. The whisky is primarily matured in ex-bourbon casks, which contribute to its fresh, citrusy notes and subtle hints of vanilla and cut grass.
Aberlour 12-Year-Old is a Speyside single malt whisky aged in a combination of American oak and sherry casks, giving it a rich, well-balanced profile. It offers notes of dried fruits, caramel, honey, and dark chocolate, with subtle spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. The mouthfeel is smooth and slightly creamy, leading to a warm, lingering finish with hints of oak and sherry sweetness.
Jura 10 Year Old is a smooth and approachable island single malt whisky, known for its balance of gentle smoke, sweetness, and subtle spice. Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in aged Oloroso sherry casks, it develops a rounded character with notes of vanilla, caramel, and dried fruits, complemented by a light hint of maritime influence.
Loch Lomond 12 Year Old is a well-balanced Highland single malt whisky, known for its combination of fruitiness, gentle spice, and subtle peat influence. Matured in a mix of three types of American oak casks, it develops layers of green apple, pear, and citrus, alongside notes of vanilla and toasted wood. A light hint of smoke adds depth without overpowering its fresh character.
Glen Scotia Harbour is a light and coastal Campbeltown single malt whisky, known for its maritime character, gentle smoke, and fresh sweetness. Matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks, it develops notes of vanilla, orchard fruits, and toffee, complemented by a subtle salinity reminiscent of sea spray. A light peat influence adds a soft smoky layer without dominating the profile.
Scarabus Islay Single Malt is a bold and smoky Islay single malt whisky, known for its pronounced peat character balanced by underlying sweetness. Matured in a combination of refill and virgin oak casks, it reveals notes of bonfire smoke, sea salt, and citrus, layered with hints of vanilla and spice. Despite its intensity, it remains well-rounded and approachable, with a clean, lingering finish.
Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve is a refreshing Japanese single malt whisky from the forests of Mount Kaikomagatake, crafted at the Hakushu distillery. Known for its light and herbal character, it features a delicate balance of green apple, mint, cucumber, and subtle smoke.
Ichiro’s Malt & Grain is a harmonious Japanese world blended whisky created by Ichiro Akuto, blending malt and grain whiskies from Japan with carefully selected spirits from Scotland, Ireland, the U.S., and Canada. Known for its smooth, elegant character, it offers notes of honey, orchard fruits, vanilla, and a gentle touch of spice. The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon barrels, enhancing its mellow sweetness and balance.
The Chita is a refined Japanese single grain whisky from Suntory’s Chita distillery, celebrated for its smoothness and delicate complexity. Crafted primarily from corn and distilled through continuous stills, it reveals a light, silky profile with notes of honey, crème brûlée, fresh herbs, and a hint of spice. Aged in a combination of wine, Spanish oak, and American white oak casks, The Chita develops a subtle depth while retaining its gentle elegance.
Nikka Coffey Malt is a unique Japanese whisky made entirely from malted barley, but distilled in a traditional Coffey (column) still—typically used for grain whisky. This rare technique results in a creamy, smooth, and rich texture, with a flavor profile featuring banana bread, custard, milk chocolate, and tropical fruits, along with subtle spice.
Nikka Taketsuru is a refined Japanese blended malt whisky honoring Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka and father of Japanese whisky. It’s a harmonious blend of single malts from the Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, offering a balanced profile of dried fruit, malt sweetness, gentle peat, and soft spice.
Hibiki Japanese Harmony is an elegant blended whisky from Suntory, crafted from a meticulous selection of malt and grain whiskies drawn from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. It offers a beautifully balanced profile with notes of honey, orange peel, white chocolate, and a delicate floral undertone.
Nikka Miyagikyo is a delicate and elegant Japanese single malt from Nikka’s Miyagikyo distillery, located in the lush hills of Sendai. Unlike its bolder counterpart Yoichi, Miyagikyo is known for its fruity and floral character, with notes of ripe pear, apricot, toffee, and a whisper of smoke. Distilled in pot stills heated by indirect steam, the whisky retains a soft, refined profile.
Nikka From The Barrel is a powerful and well-balanced Japanese blended whisky, crafted from a marriage of single malt and grain whiskies from Nikka’s Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries. Bottled at 51.4% ABV, it delivers a bold yet refined profile with rich notes of dried fruits, spice, caramel, oak, and a touch of smoke.
Mars Maltage Cosmo is a distinctive blended malt whisky from Japan’s Mars Shinshu distillery, nestled in the Japanese Alps. It combines Japanese and imported Scotch malts, resulting in a rich yet approachable profile with notes of dried berries, toffee, gentle smoke, and a touch of spice.
The Yamazaki Distiller’s Reserve is a vibrant and approachable Japanese single malt from Suntory’s legendary Yamazaki distillery. Crafted from a blend of young malts aged in American oak, ex-sherry, and Japanese Mizunara oak casks, it delivers a fresh yet layered profile with notes of red berries, honey, citrus zest, and subtle spice.
Fujimi The 7 Virtues of the Samurai is a smooth and mellow Japanese blended whisky, inspired by the Bushido code’s seven virtues. Crafted primarily for the export market, it offers a gentle, approachable profile with notes of vanilla, light caramel, soft oak, and a hint of white pepper.
